Day Three: Morning Vibes. My favorite morning exercise for creating my ideal life. How I get into the vibrational state that creates desired outcomes. Felling it. Relishing in it. Going there. Allowing it to be safe to go there. Apply this to love, money, body, travel, family, etc. Includes a detailed example from me using this principle in an area where I once struggled and no longer do.

Day Four: The Future You. Collapse time. Become more confident, secure, and settled in the inevitability of your desired future. Discover the path to getting there. Solidify the belief and certainty for why you will have what you choose. And connect to the version of you that already has the thing, the version inside you that knows the thoughts + feelings + frequency + knowing of having the thing.

Day Five: Evening Vibes. These journal prompts are exactly what I use at the end of a day to help me get clear, and to help me drop into deeper levels of trust. Stepping into increased guidance and support. How to give the Universe a to-do list and watch the things sort out. Connect to deeper faith. Know what it means to do your part. Use this ritual to create your life intentionally, and know you are held. You are supported. And you are meant to be.

And how to tweak from there.

Day Seven: Be the Visionary of Your Life. Now that we have identified your ultimate, gorgeous, beautifully-designed future, it’s time to lock sh*t in.
